Every candidate receives free training sponsored by the Ministry of Rural development (GOI) and is also provided with tablet computer, books, uniform etc. apart from free boarding, lodging & food. Heraud provides every candidate with a job offer as soon as they finish training.

dduDDU-GKY is a flagship and prestigious project of the Ministry of Rural development, Government of India to train the rural poor and bring then into the mainstream.

Heraud has a target to train the rural poor people in the districts of Kurnool, Kadappa & Anantpur. The job roles included are:

  1. Automotive Service Technician (Automotive SSC)
  2. Customer Relationship Executive (Automotive SSC)
  3. Pharmacy Assistant (Healthcare SSC)
  4. Front Desk Associate (Tourism & Hospitality SSC)
