Heraud Inc believes in a holistic approach. We do not believe the delivery of a training itself will result in sustainable improvements within an organisation. For training to be effective (incl. ROI), existing skills have to be analysed, training material has to be adapted to the skills and training effectiveness has to be assessed after implementation in the business.

Heraud is closely working with various Indian companies to help them with their training and skill development needs. we are working on short courses like Occupational Health and Training courses which are about 4 hours to organisational change management and business improvemenr courses that is a combination of practical real life projects and course work.

we believe that what you cant measure, you cant improve and also that in this global world, not one size fits all. We believe in the approach where we come in and do an analysis of your training and skills needs, develop those training programs, deliver the training and put processes in place in conjunction with the management to make sure that you get the maximum benefit. We put various pre and post training processes in place to make sure you get value for training and your employees feel empowered and see results.
