ROI), existing skills have to be analysed, training material has to be adapted to the skills and training effectiveness has to be assessed after implementation in the business.
Heraud is closely working with various Indian companies to help them with their training and skill development needs. we are working on short courses like Occupational Health and Training courses which are about 4 hours to organisational change management and business improvemenr courses that is a combination of practical real life projects and course work.
